Kumquat – Citrus fruit of particular plant, subdivided into a category of Fortunella. Small exotic orange or orange-yellow colored fruit that resembles a small orange. It grows in southern China. The taste of kumquat is similar to a tangerine with a light acidity flavor, and its completely eatable with a sweet external peel. This fruit has antibacterial properties and consists of many nutrients, vitamins and essential oils. Kumquat does not have nitrate, since it doesn't coexist with citric acid. It stimulates digestion, relieves depression, fatigue and symptoms of a hangover. Kumquat enhances body's resistance to unhealthy environmental conditions and strengthens the immune system.
