Kumquat

Kumquat – Citrus fruit of particular plant, subdivided into a category of Fortunella. Small exotic orange or orange-yellow colored fruit that resembles a small orange. It grows in southern China. The taste of kumquat is similar to a tangerine with a light acidity flavor, and its completely eatable with a sweet external peel. This fruit has antibacterial properties and consists of many nutrients, vitamins and essential oils. Kumquat does not have nitrate, since it doesn't coexist with citric acid.
